These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WeAirAssist Concierge services, a company registered in India. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are governed by Indian law.

1. Service Description

WeAirAssist Concierge provides luxury lifestyle management and concierge services including:

  • Luxury travel arrangements (private jets, first-class flights, yachts, villas)
  • Exclusive dining access and reservations
  • VIP event entry and experiences
  • Lifestyle and bespoke request fulfillment
  • 24/7 personal lifestyle management

2. Membership and Eligibility

2.1 Membership Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid identification and contact information required
  • Membership approval subject to our discretion
  • Limited membership availability

2.2 Application Process

  • Complete application form with accurate information
  • Background verification may be required
  • Approval process takes 24-48 hours
  • We reserve the right to deny membership

3. Service Fees and Payment

3.1 Fee Structure

  • Annual membership fee: ₹20,00,000 INR (approximately $25,000 USD)
  • Service fees vary by request complexity
  • Third-party costs (hotels, airlines, etc.) billed separately
  • Payment required in advance for all services

3.2 Payment Terms

  • All fees payable in INR (Indian Rupees) or equivalent
  • Credit card, UPI, net banking, or wire transfer accepted
  • Late payments subject to 18% annual interest (as per Indian law)
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) applicable as per Indian law

4. Service Requests and Fulfillment

4.1 Request Submission

  • Requests accepted via WhatsApp, phone, or email
  • 24/7 availability for urgent requests
  • Advance notice preferred for complex arrangements
  • All requests subject to availability

4.2 Service Limitations

  • Services subject to third-party availability
  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes
  • Force majeure events may affect service delivery
  • Some requests may require additional time

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation Terms

  • Membership cancellations: 30 days written notice required
  • Service cancellations: 48 hours notice for full refund
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

5.2 Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
  • Original payment method used for refunds
  • Third-party fees may be non-refundable
  • Processing fees may apply

6. User Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Respect service providers and staff
  • Comply with local laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate behavior standards
  • Pay all fees promptly
  • Use services for lawful purposes only
  • Maintain confidentiality of service details

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal activities or requests
  • Harassment of staff or service providers
  • Sharing of confidential information
  • Attempting to circumvent fees or policies
  • Using services for commercial resale
  • Providing false information
  • Violating third-party terms of service

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Limitations

  • We are not responsible for third-party service quality
  • Travel delays and cancellations beyond our control
  • Weather, political, or health-related disruptions
  • Third-party provider bankruptcy or closure

8.2 Liability Cap

  • Maximum liability limited to annual membership fee
  • No consequential or punitive damages
  • Force majeure events excluded from liability
  • Third-party actions not our responsibility

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to WeAirAssist Concierge:

  • Company name and branding
  • Website content and design
  • Service methodologies and processes
  • Proprietary information and trade secrets

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us:

  • Personal information handled per our Privacy Policy
  • GDPR and CCPA compliance maintained
  • Secure data transmission and storage
  • Limited access to authorized personnel only

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

11.2 Dispute Process

  • First: Direct communication to resolve issues
  • Second: Formal complaint to management
  • Third: Mediation through Indian mediation centers
  • Fourth: Arbitration in New Delhi, India (if necessary)
  • Fifth: Consumer courts in India (for consumer disputes)

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control:

  • Natural disasters and weather events
  • Government actions and regulations
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Pandemics and health emergencies
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Technical failures and cyber attacks

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time:

  • Changes posted on our website
  • Email notification to active members
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes require explicit consent

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by Us

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Inappropriate behavior or requests
  • Fraud or misrepresentation

14.2 Termination by You

  • 30 days written notice required
  • All outstanding fees must be paid
  • Access to services ends immediately
  • No refund of unused membership time

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WeAirAssist Concierge, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
